Attendance Policy

What You Can Expect

I want to ensure that your learning experience with our courses is both productive and enjoyable. To maintain the smooth functioning of our classes, I have implemented the following policy regarding “no shows,” make-up sessions, and rescheduling:

No-Shows:

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to make appropriate arrangements and potentially offer the slot to another student.
  • In case of a no-show without prior notification, the missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Make-Up Sessions:

  • If you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice of your inability to attend a session, I will make every effort to accommodate a make-up session.
  • Make-up sessions are subject to my availability and the availability of an appropriate time slot within the course schedule.

Rescheduling:

  • If you wish to reschedule a session, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. I will do my best to find a suitable alternative time slot for you.
  • Rescheduling is subject to my availability and the availability of an appropriate time slot within the course schedule.

Please note the following additional points:

  • Make-up sessions and rescheduling are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. I will make every effort to accommodate your request, but availability may vary.
  • Make-up sessions and rescheduled sessions must be completed within the duration of the course unless agreed upon otherwise.
  • I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will exercise flexibility and empathy while reviewing such situations.
